Adam Diekelman
VP/GM
Adam Diekelman is a visionary leader with a dynamic presence in financial lending, media, and marketing. With an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, he quickly made his mark in Chicago’s financial sector. Adam’s ability to adapt and foresee industry trends underscores his expertise across various fields. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Adam enjoys cars, fishing, and snowmobiling. He believes true success is reflected not just in numbers but in the narratives they create.
Sagar Ganu
Head of Product
Sagar Ganu is the Head of Product for 360 Finance, the home improvement financing division of QuinStreet. He oversees the division’s product management and technology development initiatives. Since 2008, Sagar has held various roles in the financial services industry, primarily focusing on product management. Before joining QuinStreet in 2021, he served as Senior Vice President at Truist Bank, where he worked on Point of Sale Lending and Online Banking. At QuinStreet, he was instrumental in establishing the Point of Sale financing business, now known as 360 Finance. His extensive expertise in technology and business within the financial services sector significantly enhances 360 Finance’s product capabilities.
Sagar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Additionally, he has completed numerous certifications, including the CFA Level 3 examination.
Ryan Norton
Head of Partnerships
With over 15 years of experience in the Home Improvement and Secured lending space, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge to 360 Finance. As a former lender and contractor, Ryan brings a firsthand understanding of the intricacies of home improvement projects and the role financing plays. His extensive background in home improvement lending and origination enables him to provide tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of homeowners. Now, as the Head of Partnerships at 360 Finance, Ryan leverages his expertise to build strong, collaborative relationships that drive our mission forward.
